Sexually Active, Nonverbal Disabled Woman Annoyed that AAC Device Never Makes Good Orgasm Noises

Kayla Rosenblatt has never let her disabilities hold her back. Yes, she’s in a wheelchair and unable to use verbal language, but that doesn’t stop her from living a rich, fulfilling life. In fact, she really likes sex. She loves it so damn much.

But there’s just one problem: No augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device that she’s ever used can make decent orgasm noises, which really takes everyone involved out of the moment.

“I’m getting really fucking sick of my dirty talk sounding robotic: ‘Oh yeah. oh yeah. That. feels. so. good,’” Rosenblatt imitates mockingly.  She then begins playing a pornographic video to Squeaky Wheel reporters in order to demonstrate the noises she aspires to make during sex.  Our team is taken aback but goes with it.

“I could go with my real voice, but that scares people! So I almost never vocalize!” She briefly screams to demonstrate why. “But the AAC shit just makes people laugh!” she says with the AAC.

Put through an uncomfortable moment, the Squeaky Wheel team tries to reassure Rosenblatt that porn sets unrealistic standards of what sex should be for all kinds of people.

“I just want some goddamn intonation, some way to simulate moaning authentically!” Rosenblatt whines, to the extent that she’s able.

Rosenblatt’s boyfriend, speaking anonymously for privacy reasons, empathizes with her goals: “Kayla is one of the baddest bitches I’ve ever been with. So driven, so headstrong, so hot. I get it.”

One of Rosenblatt’s two girlfriends also provides a comment anonymously: “Kayla deserves to let everyone know that she’s loving it, that things are hot and heavy, and that she’s enjoying herself!”

She then adds, “There’s nothing worse than a four-way ending in hysterical laughter! We all apologized, but she was upset at the time.”
